Limitations and what we don't know yet
Abstract-level reporting omits sample size, which exams, and how control/comparison groups were defined for the t-tests. Unchanged means can hide subgroup gains. Self-report perceptions can rise with any novel support. One introductory microbiology course may not generalise. Card quality and daily adherence were not detailed here.
